Meridian supports enterprise review of privacy and data-processing requirements during procurement and onboarding.
Purpose
A Data Processing Addendum defines the parties' responsibilities when Meridian processes personal data on a customer's behalf, including instructions, confidentiality, security, and assistance obligations.
Customer-specific review
The applicable DPA is provided as part of the commercial and security review process. It can address the relevant jurisdictions, data categories, retention expectations, and approved subprocessors.
Request a copy
Submit an access request and identify “DPA request” in the project description. Meridian will provide the appropriate document in the context of your evaluation.
